White Invoice is an AI-powered invoicing app that automates financial management for freelancers and businesses. We designed its UX, UI, and software design, and prototyped the product across desktop and mobile.

Why design mattered here

Invoicing should not feel like a chore, yet hours disappear into spreadsheets and outdated tools. White Invoice's AI handles the automation, cutting errors and saving time. But even the smartest software fails if users do not feel confident and in control. That was our brief: make the intelligence usable.

Our approach

• Workflows first. We mapped the core jobs, creating, sending, and managing invoices, and designed each path to minimize complexity and remove friction.
• An interface where everything earns its place. Simplicity with some sophistication: every dashboard, button, and interaction serves a clear purpose. No decoration for its own sake.
• Rigorous prototyping. We tested workflows and interfaces repeatedly, fine-tuning details until the experience held up on both desktop and mobile.

The result

A product design that feels modern and built for productivity. The app does not just automate tasks; it takes the frustration out of financial admin, so users spend their time on the work that pays the invoices rather than the invoices themselves.
